Suzy Nadu Sets ‘Few and I’ Stage Ablaze in Second Coming.

South Sudanese Afrobeat sensation Suzy Nadu lit up the stage at the sixth edition of the Few and I Concert series, held on Saturday night at De Jandy’s , delivering a high-energy performance that left fans raving.

In a night filled with emotion, rhythm, and pure musical magic, Nadu originally known as Nidal Mahmoud Tribro proved once again why she remains one of South Sudan’s most beloved musical voices.

“I’m more than ready,” she said in a pre-event interview. “Fans should expect love, vibes, energy, and good music. I’m bringing it all. It’s going to be a beautiful night.”

Suzy Nadu made history by becoming the first artiste to return to the Few and I stage, a milestone she described as deeply meaningful.

“This show was even more lit than my first time here. The fans brought unmatched energy, and that’s what makes the magic happen,” she shared.

The night’s highlight came with a surprise on-stage reunion with fellow artist Nicky Prince, as the duo performed their breakout collaboration Le Miten. The track first propelled Nadu into the national spotlight during her time with the legendary group Hardlife Avenue Stars.

“Bringing artistes together spices the event. It gives fans something special. I urge the management to keep that spirit alive,” Nicky said.

Nicky Prince, who is not only a singer-songwriter and performer, but also the CEO of Hardlife Avenue Stars, a group that dominated South Sudan’s airwaves for years.

According to Prince, the crowd was “nothing short of electric,” with fans swaying, singing along, and matching Nadu’s contagious energy all night.

Opening for Nadu was upcoming female Afrobeat artist Farah Deng, better known by her stage name Farah K, set the tone for the night with her vibrant performance with songs titled Shukuran, My desire, Love in Abundance and others.

The event also drew industry legends including Afro-fusion pioneer Kawaja Revolution, Rebbeca Tey, Comedian Ziko who were also spotted in the audience showing support and unity within South Sudan’s music community

Among the attendees was Kakule Mary, who was experiencing the Few and I series for the first time.

“My coming was not in vain. I really had the best of my night. The vibe, the energy people brought it all,” she said. “This event is the real deal in town. Party lovers should never miss it.”

Launched in December 2024, the Few and I concert series continues to establish itself as a premier artist-focused event in South Sudan’s growing entertainment scene.

Event manager Degree Nicholas reaffirmed the concept’s success stating the “Few and I is designed for people who share the same taste, the same energy, and genuine love for an artiste.”

CEO oand head of Larry investments, the event’s main sponsor, also commended the event’s growth and hinted at even bigger plans. He acknowledged the journey behind the series and mentioned it as part of a broader portfolio of creative and economic ventures.
