In an atmosphere filled with reflection and appreciation, Kilkilu Ana Comedy marked its 11th anniversary, not just as a celebration of longevity but as a heartfelt tribute to the people and partners who made the journey possible.

According to the founder Mc Lumoex, the fans, sponsors, entertainers and media partners made the event a living testament to the power of community and shared vision.

“This movement was carried on the shoulders of believers, those who saw in us more than comedy, but a message of unity, peace, and hope.” he said

Held in Juba, the celebration brought together a diverse crowd of thousands of supporters that added weight and dignity to the event.

Mc Lumoex said the spotlight was not solely on the organization’s achievement but it was on those who made it possible.

He expressed profound gratitude to the fans of Kilkilu Ana entertainment show.

“We are on our knees thanking you. Your laughter, your attendance, your support—you have been the heartbeat of Kilkilu Ana.” he said.

The sponsors of the show also got their fair share of the plaudit.

“You believed in the power of laughter. You did not just fund shows; you funded a vision. A vision of a united South Sudan.”

The singing comedian also expressed his sincere gratitude to the comedians, musicians, spoken word artists, MCs, dancers, actors for their creative force behind the brand’s success.

Their courage, talent, and persistence over the years have made Kilkilu Ana a cultural phenomenon that resonates with people of all ages and backgrounds. He adds

He further emphasizes the role media houses plays in expanding Kilkilu Ana’s reach across the country. With their help, the movement transcended physical stages to enter homes, social media feeds, and the national consciousness.

The event served as a reminder of how the arts, especially comedy can be a tool for transformation. In a country where hardship often dominates headlines, Kilkilu Ana has offered a different story: one of laughter, resilience, and togetherness.

“We believe the arts are a powerful force for unity in South Sudan,” Mc Lumoex stated. “Through laughter, creativity, and shared stories, we bring people together.”

He went on to emphasize the role of youth in building the future, asserting that they are not only the leaders of tomorrow but the change-makers of today.

“The youth are the backbone of our nation. It is through them that we see a peaceful, vibrant, and united South Sudan emerging.” he said

As the anniversary concluded, there was no doubt that Kilkilu Ana is more than just comedy, it’s a symbol of what can happen when a community comes together with a shared dream.
