As her music continues to dominate airwaves, Afrobeat singer Suzy Nadu is set to light up the stage once again at the sixth edition of the exclusive Few and I concert series, set to take place at De Jandy’s.
Nidal Mahmoud Tribro commonly known by her stage name Suzy Nadu promises fans an unforgettable night filled with “vibes, love, good music, and lasting memories.”
This performance marks her second appearance at the premium monthly concert series, following her debut in a previous edition.
In an exclusive interview, the rising star shared her excitement and readiness about the event.
“I’m more than ready, fans should expect love, vibes, energy, and good music. I am bringing it all, it is going to be a beautiful night.” She said.
The Few and I series is a curated musical experience launched in December 2024, designed for fans with deep appreciation and loyalty toward a featured artist. Only one artiste performs per edition, making each event an intimate and exclusive affair.
According to event manager Degree Nicholas, the concept behind Few and I is rooted in intimacy, exclusivity, and high-end engagement.
“It’s not just another show, the event is a curated experience for people who share the same taste, the same energy, and genuine love for an artist.” He explained.
Nicholas also added that the event targets a premium audience, often drawing corporate guests, with tickets sold primarily through table bookings to create a VIP-like ambiance in a relaxed and classy setting.
Since its inception, Few and I has featured some of South Sudan’s standout talents both legendary and emerging including Alexo Hustle, Silvia SK, Slatine Pro, Anyar Yol Mathiang, Suzy Nadu (her first appearance), and most recently, the iconic WJ De King, whose performance at the fifth edition last weekend received rave reviews.
“WJ brought fire to that stage and owned the crowd. He’s a legend for a reason,” Suzy said. “But I’m coming through with my own fire and I know my fans are ready.”
Suzy Nadu now becomes the first artist to return to the Few and I stage, making a milestone that speaks to her growing legacy and loyal fan base.
From her breakthrough on Hardlife Avenue’s Le Miten in 2021 to her chart-topping solo hits like Marry Me and What they say, Nuda has cemented her place as one of the most consistent and beloved voices in South Sudan’s Afrobeat scene and airwaves.
“My music is about emotion, love and connection,” she explained. ”The Few and I platform gives you that space to really feel everything with the people who’ve supported you.”
As the sixth edition approaches, anticipation is building for what promises to be a memorable night. With Suzy Nadu at the helm, fans can expect a performance filled with emotion, connection, and the unmistakable energy of an artist on the rise.
